Notes
Drawn from the merged 3D model of the flat, sliced at 1.2 m above the floor. Overhead things (wall cabinets, loft, drying rack, beams) are dashed.
All sizes are estimates. The night photos could not give real measurements, so rooms were sized from the bedroom (3.66 × 3.05 m) and the door frames. Ceiling is taken as 3.05 m (10 ft). Check every size with a tape on site before ordering carpentry.
Walls are drawn 120 mm thick, as modelled. Outer walls in Indian flats are usually 230 mm, so the true outside size of the flat will be a little bigger; the room sizes inside stay the same.
Check V2. In the model the bathroom's second ventilator sits in the wall it shares with the kitchen. A bathroom should vent outdoors, so on site either close it or duct it out through the back wall next to V1.
Layout check on this model: 0 problems. Every door swings fully, there is a 50 cm path to both sides of every door, and the bed, wardrobe, WC, kitchen counters and desk all have room in front to use them. Turn on Walkable floor to see the free floor.
"Front" is the living room window wall. The compass direction of the flat is not known, so there is no north arrow and no Vastu reading.
