Where we fit
You keep the client and the site. We take the desk work in between.
Your process, with us:
A new enquiry
You: Take the calls that matter.
We: Reply fast, ask the right questions, follow up every lead.
Concept and 3D
You: Visit the site and set the direction.
We: Mood boards, renders, a 3D model and a walkthrough.
The proposal
You: Present it and close the client.
We: A proposal deck with the budget and the timeline.
Drawings and costing
You: Check and approve.
We: Layouts, ceiling and electrical drawings, and the BOQ.
On site and after
You: Run the site with your contractors.
We: Sourcing list and schedule, then posts and a reel from the finished home.
What you get
Not just more files. More time, more clients and fewer mistakes.
The value:
Win clients faster
People sign when they can see it. Show photoreal renders and let them walk through their home before you quote.
How: Renders, 3D walkthrough, proposal deck→
More projects, same team
Your designers spend the week designing, not drafting and costing. Our worked example: twice the projects with the same three people.
How: Drawings, BOQs, schedules→
Pay only when there is work
No salaries in quiet months, no software licences, no hiring or training. Each project is quoted on its own.
How: Any of the eight jobs, as you need them→
Fewer surprises on site
Every size, electrical point and quantity is on paper before work starts, so the site team builds it right the first time.
How: Drawings, BOQ, sourcing list→
No lead goes cold
Every enquiry gets a quick reply and polite follow-ups until it books a meeting or says no.
How: Lead handling on WhatsApp→
Your work keeps selling
Every finished home becomes a reel, a set of posts and a portfolio page, so the next client finds you.
How: Marketing content→

You might ask
The things studios ask us first.
FAQ:
What exactly do you do?+
The desk work of an interior project: renders and 3D, concepts and mood boards, drawings, BOQs, proposal decks, marketing content, sourcing lists and schedules, and replying to and following up leads. Your studio keeps the client relationship, the site visits and the execution.
Will our clients know you exist?+
No. Decks, drawings, renders, posts and messages go out under your studio’s name and branding. We stay behind the scenes.
Do you visit the site?+
No. Everything is remote, so we work with studios anywhere in India. You send photos, a walk-around video, plans or measurements; for lived-in homes a slow phone video of each room is enough to start.
Can we hand over just one job?+
Yes. Many studios start with one job, such as renders or BOQs, and add more later. Each job is quoted on its own.
Can you follow our design style, rates and templates?+
Yes. Send your drawings, mood boards, rate cards, deck template and brand colours and we work to them. If you have none, we use ours.
How do we send files and get the work back?+
On WhatsApp, email or a shared Drive folder, whatever you already use. Work comes back as links and files: images, 3D model links, PDF, DXF for AutoCAD, Excel and video.
How many changes can we ask for?+
Changes are part of the work. The number of revision rounds is written into the quote so there are no surprises.
